    <p>We are collaborating with EIT Health, on the RealWorld4Clinic (RW4C) project which focuses on the development of MyHeartSentinel, an implanted medical device that dovetails greater patient data, clinical research and clinical care. Our role in the project is providing their hardware, MyHeartSentinel, with an interface where medical providers can have insight into the parameters provided and also an mobile application for patients where they may track their recovery and answer ePROMs (Electronic patient-reported outcome measures) which the doctor may send them during their recovery and treatment period.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Wir arbeiten zusammen mit EIT Health an dem Projekt RealWorld4Clinic (RW4C), das sich auf die Entwicklung von MyHeartSentinel konzentriert, einem implantierten medizinischen Ger&auml;t, das mehr Patientendaten, klinische Forschung und klinische Versorgung miteinander verzahnt. Unsere Rolle in dem Projekt besteht darin, ihre Hardware, MyHeartSentinel, mit einer Schnittstelle auszustatten, &uuml;ber die medizinische Anbieter Einblick in die bereitgestellten Parameter erhalten k&ouml;nnen, sowie eine mobile Anwendung f&uuml;r Patienten bereitzustellen, &uuml;ber die sie ihre Genesung verfolgen und ePROMs (Electronic patient-reported outcome measures) beantworten k&ouml;nnen, die ihnen der Arzt w&auml;hrend ihrer Genesungs- und Behandlungszeit schicken kann.</p>
